What are monthly forecasts?
Each month, we scan outer planet transits against your synastry points to show how cosmic weather affects the charts you've saved. Orbit members get streaming narrative forecasts. Learn how transits work.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no commitments. Cancel from your account page and you'll keep access through the end of your billing period.
Is my birth data safe?
All birth data is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Only planetary coordinates (never raw dates or locations) are sent to the language model for interpretation.
Does this work for friendships and family, too?
Yes. StellarTies builds full charts for romantic, platonic, and family relationships — the same synastry engine, scores, and forecasts work across all three. Pick the type when you save a chart.
What happens if I delete a saved chart?
You can keep 5 charts saved at a time and generate 10 detailed reports a month, so you can swap charts in and out during the month. Deleting a chart frees a slot but doesn't return the report you already generated for it — each new chart you set up uses one of the month's 10. Your allowance resets on the 1st. Editing a saved chart's birth time or place is always free — we re-run the chart and the report at no cost.
Do you run ads or sell my data?
No. We don't use third-party advertising and we never sell personal data. Paid accounts fund the free tools and learning content for everyone. That's the entire business model.
